1St Minds Cafe
Steven's Birthday
Today Jamie will be bring quite a few of us to Minds Cafe to have fun. A treat for our help on her convention, i am coordinating this. Example : Booking the place, Attendance of those should be coming.
OD Side - Andrea, Guet Hui, Steven, Anderson, Kelvin, Joseph & Christina.
FD Boys - Mingyao, Desmond & Lionel.
SPD Boys - Stanley (Not Comfirmed, he is on leave) & Chris.
Changes on 1 Day Before
But before the actual day, there are alot of changes turn up. One day before the treat, Lionel informed me that he have a "hot date" coming up on the day & Mingyao told me that he need to work so he cannot join us.
Changes On the Day Itself
Stanley - Called him to check for his availability, then found out that will be going batam tonight. (He already got inform me before hand, that he might not be able to make it.)
Desmond - Last minute throw aeroplane, sms and check with him. He replied saying that he couldn't make it. (Maybe because he is the only FD boys going.)
Joseph - At first change to today, because he is having off today. Then now suddenly say cannot le -_-"
Christina - She is on mc today, so she will not be joining us. (Acceptable excuse.)
Anderson - Message him to check, he told me to be comfirm later. At least he never agree, then last minute throw plane. :{ In the end, he seem to be having a date. Then couldn't join us.
Kelvin - This chap is super power, told me should not be a problem. Then at around 4plus, told me that he still seeing doctor. (He didn't mention that he couldn't make it.) Then while we are leaving to go there, Andrea called him. Then he told Andrea, that he already informed me that he cannot join us -_-". Damn fuk, his last message only tell me he see doc lohz. Stupid kuku ... .. .
There are only 2 Mind Cafe in Singapore.

At first as discussed, we are planning to go to the one @ Prinsep Street. So i called to make reservation, but sad to find out. There will be a company event there, and they had already booked up the whole place. So we had to change our plan.
I called up Jamie to check so whats the next plan. At first she told me that will be changing loctaion to CHIJMES. There's a CosPlay cafe there, she specially highlighted (Steven Will Love It) So she told me to check it out through the web, for their reservation number. But after some short discussion, they decided to stick back to Mind Cafe. The one located @ Boat Quay. Because they are not sure how big the damage($$) was at the Cosplay cafe. So i called to booked reservation for 7 at Boat Quay Mind Cafe.
After work we move out together (Jamie, Andrea, Guet Hui, Steven, Chris & Me). We went straight to boat quay, along the way Jamie bf also meet us up. Then we search for a place to have dinner, we manage to locate a small shop selling some average price food. I remembered quite clearly, 3 (Guet Hui, Andrea & Me) seafood hor fun, 3 (Jamie, Bf & Chris) beef hor fun & Steven alone ordered fried kway teow. This meal is being treated by Guet Hui -_-".

After our food, we head to the cafe. And i "managed" to get a place for the 7 of us.
Why i say managed?
Because on his reservation list, don't seem to have my name there -_-"
Should be the guy at Prinsep outlet never inform him about my reservation. I called that outlet, he told me that the outlet is full. But can reserve for Boat Quay, then i say ok. But i didnt see my name on the list, Grrr ....
We played a total of 3 games there.
1st Game - Forgotten the name. But i remember is a very draggy game. Is about rowing the dice, opening room. Then at a later time, there will be a traitor (Chris) and a hero (Ex-Andrea, Steven). Why there is a Ex? Because the hero should be Andrea! She had one item that can kill the traitor to win the game. But she is being kill first by Chris, before she can strike first. Then Steven managed to go to her deathspot and pick up the item. And he killed Chris, then the game ends.
2nd Game - A card game, which need to form word using 4 cards. 1 will slowly open the cards onto the table. Then the rest will try to form word using the letters appeared on the table. Illegal words will entitled the other player to 1 card each displayed on the table. The one with the most cards win, what a fast game -_-"
Result:
Andrea is the card opener.
Stevn got the most cards.
Guet Hui have the least cards. (1 only =P)
I also not so good, only 3 ^_^"
3rd Game - Guess the word
Is is a very fun game =)
It has lots of cards for us to use and guess. And a tube of sand to use as time limit, "sand meter"?
How it works -

Word : Internet
Words cannot be used : Computer, Broadband
So i see this i will start giving them clues to tell them the word is Internet. I start saying something almost everyone use everyday. There is wireless surf, wap and etc. I cannot mentioned the word computer & Broadband. It i do, the card is void. I will go to the next card. We seperate to two team, boy and girl team. Then we sit in the formation of GBBGBGB (Jamie, bf, Chris, Andrea, Me, Guet Hui, Steven). So there will be one opp team members to check on him, did he use the illegal word. A very fun and fast game that bring us play all the way to it close (11pm). We played a total of 3 hours each, and each order 1 glass of water. A total of around $80+. Treat from Jamie.

After that we proceed to train station. Steven, Chris & I took the same direction. And the rest go in different direction. Guet Hui Toa Payoh. Andrea, Jamie & Bf towards Tampines.
