Minerva Seminar 4 @ Seminar Room
For this Seminar, i was not told to sent out any invitation or clear anyone. Most of the things will be done from HSD side =)
List of things for me to do in this Seminar -
1) Make sure the air-con is on
2) Make sure the caterers come in set-up everything before it start
(Because they will be starting with a tea-break first)
3) Get a mic stand for them
4) Return back to CPG -_-""
5) Caterers clearing up the things -_-"
Point 1 -
Called up cpg, ask them to on the air-con. From 8am - 2pm.
Point 2 -
Called up guard commander to let our caterers in at 8.30am. Because they will be starting with tea-break at 10am.
Point 3 -
Went down to CPG to borrow a mic stand from Cindy.
Point 4 -
When i was going to return the mic stand that time. I discover it is spoiled -_-", then Cindy told me that CPG will need some info of the person spoil it for info. So i drop a email to the person from HSD, telling them. That someone had spoil the mic stand, and they will need some info for reference.

Just now when i am returning the mic stand. I discover the mic holder brooke, i believe someone break it while adjusting it? CPG need to record down who spoil it for reference. Can i give them your name, designation and department?

Point 5 -
Caterers coming back to clear up their things. I was told that they will be coming to clear up at around 2.30pm. Then after my lunch i just go to the seminar room and hang around inside. Because i will need to make sure that they clear up the room. I waited and waited and waited, then looking at my hp for the time. Wao! It is already around 4pm, and they still havn't come and clear up. Enough of waiting, make me feel like sleeping. Then proceed back to my desk, at around 5pm. When i was going to Seminar room to check again, i saw the caterers had cleared the last piece of thing -_-".
Time to knock off ...... ... ...... ... ......
