Workshop 4 Planning Directors
Yesterday evening, i set up 3i Central up for a workshop today. I was told to booked the whole place, and i did it. It make me stay till quite late before finish setting up everything. List of things that i done yesterday -
1) Do a Sign to put at the entrance. Saying 3i Central is Closed for a Workshop. Sorry for the inconvience.
2) All 6 Flip Charts that SPD have
3) Laptop with slides load up.
4) Put all the 6 Flip Charts, spread out. E.g. 1] 1 FC next to the screen writting the programme for tomorrow. 2] 2 FC with some graphs on it. 3] 1 FC at the back of Room 2. 4] 1 FC inside Room 1. 5] 1 FC inside room 3. Because they will be break into 3 groups.
5) Then lastly arranging the chairs in front of the screen. And also around the flip charts.
Today i reached office before 8am. Because still to rush some things. E.g. printing pasting signage & so on. When i was about to finished my things. I received a call from Rowena, she is in charge for the catering. She told me that the guard house dont allow the mini lorry to enter. Because the loading bay only open at 10am -_-. Then they need to set up for break which start at 9.30. After liaising with the guard commander, finally they open the loading bay for us. I was also told to bring down 2 flask of hot water for the break (-_-"). Asked Janice why the caterer dont provide? Ans: If they bring the hot water here, it would have become cold -_-". I was told to go Taka and collect a cake for Lunch -_-", and i went. Came back before 1pm, Lunch will be starting at around 1pm.
This should be all that i have done during the workshop. This workshop is a half day event, it will stop with lunch at around 1pm - 1.30pm. But in between there will be 2 tea breaks, and what i have know there is Swensens ice-cream mooncakes !!! But once again, i miss the chance to eat. While they are eating in office, i am busy taking photo of the flip charts. Because I was told to convert it into softcopy. Luckily i got Chris & Stanley to help me out because i still have some more meeting and event coming up -_- Haiz. Comments on the food served, quite tasty. Oh Damn, i am getting fatter and fatter
