Minerva Seminar 3 @ 3i Central Room 2

Haiz, what a busy week. Today there is a Minerva Seminar 3 @ 3i Central Meeting Room. Not much invitation was being sent out by me, SD sent the invitation to the SM, SDs, Director & HODs. Dr Lal just sent out some invitation, and tell us to reserve some sits for ISD, SID, Ops, SOC, MFA.
My job was to coordinate the attendance and also every logistic things to be used during the Seminar. The group which Dr Lal invited, only ISD & SOC reverted that they are able to attend. The rest no response = not attending.
Let me roughly summarise out what i have prepared. I arrange the chair in rows, around 40 sits. I set up rostrum with mic. Everything before it start went smoothly, when it started i went up. Then i receive a sms from Janice, telling me that the mic is not working. -_-"" Can you please come down and take a look. Then when i reach outside the meeting room, i receive another sms saying, it is ok we can hear the guy speak ...
1 more little problem pop out, she told me to get the canteen to prepare the coffee and tea ready at 3.30pm. Then at 3.10pm she ask me is everything ready, then at 3.20pm she told me they already started tea break. As i was bring up the two flasks, i saw Commissioner ICA leaving. He said: "Now then the coffee and tea come, -_-?". When i was entering the meeting room, i saw SD/HRD. He say, "Finally the tea break has arrive." Then he took a cup of coffee and carry on chatting instead of leaving. Lolz (^_^" )
Finally everything is over.
Today after work meeting up Bernice, Selena & Kelvin at Bukit Panjang Plaza to have dinner. After quite a few times of Kelvin sms me and calling me. Then i told him to give me some time. Then yesterday i received a sms from someone else from the same cell group. "Bernice" she sms me asking me see whether i wanna join them for dinner at BPP.
Since today i am in shirt and pants, why not meet up with them. Because they never see me in so formal wear before. They every time meet up with me, i am in jeans and short sleeve shirt / t-shirt. When it is going to end of the day, i go check with Siew Ling. See how is she going back, cos she is staying at CCK there also. In order to go to BBP, i will need to take train to CCK then change to LRT.
She told me her bf will be coming to drive her home, so i check with her is it ok for me to give me a ride to CCK / BBP. His bf wont mind, then they drop me off near BBP. After meeting them up, we eat out dinner. Sit down and chit chat (^_^"), same thing every time after our chit chat. They will sure ask me whether want to join them at Church, on the coming Sunday.Haiz (-_-"")
1 week plus+ plus+ of rushing here and there, doing this and that. Finally time to relax. Tomorrow i have a Kayaking organise by HRD.
