Yellow Ribbon Fair 1st Day
Kelvin, Chris & me are being selected by Zhi Yang to help out in the yellow ribbon fair. At our booth we will be selling Medalion. A piece at "$50" (quite exp)
Details about the medalion -
Celebrate 10 years of Home Team,
Limited Edition (Only 2500 Medalions made)
Having a diameter of 45mm,
Radius of 25mm,
Made of Cupro Nickel.
Why only 3 selected? Because there are 3 shift per day. So Zhi Yang thought of 1 person per shift for two days (1 day off will be given)
Shift 1 _ 8 am - 1 pm
Shift 2 _ 12 am - 5 pm
Shift 3 _ 4 pm - 9 pm
Then after our discussion, Kelvin came out with the plan of 1 person covering two shift on one single day. So that means got two of them will need to be around for one day (Either Saturday or Sunday). But i am the one which will be coming back for both days, since i am staying quite near to town. Then Kelvin & Chris draw lots, see who will be coming on Saturday / Sunday.
The workplan is
Kelvin - Saturday 8 am - 5 pm (9Hrs)
Chris - Sunday 8 am - 5 pm (9Hrs)
Me - both days 4 pm - 9 pm (10Hrs -_-") I discover this only during the day itselfs.
I was sleeping in the afternoon until around 3.45 pm then i wake up. Because i forgotten i should start at 4 pm. Then Kelvin at 4 pm still never call or drop a sms asking where i am. I just take my time till around 4.20pm then i leave my house. Then awhile later after i came out from the lift, i receive a phone call from Kelvin.
Kelvin: "How long more then you will reach?"
Me: "20 - 30mins later, Just leave my house, why?"
Kelvin: "Huh! Just leave your house? I thought you should be reaching soon?"
Me: "Reaching soon? Not 5pm start?"
Kelvin: "Huh? What 5pm start? 4pm is your starting time lahz ..."
Me: "Ohhh ... Ok Ok. I will rush over now"
Kelvin: "So you will be reaching at around 20 - 30mins time, i will let them know."
Me: "Ya, ok. Bye Cya."
After hanging up the phone, i immediately flag for a cab. And then head for take. I reach at around 4.45 pm. When i reach Kelvin had already left -_-"
Then for the rest of the day, i just sit there. Waiting for people to walk over to our booth to ask about the medalions. But to no avail, no one came up since after the opening ceremony. Base on the sales record book. I can see that all the medalions sold, are in the morning only. Means most properly are being bought by the Guest of Honor / VIP. Sit there see the people walking pass. Scanning .... ... .. . (seems like not much babe will walk pass here -_-")
