Planning Director Workshop
This week is rather pack, not much time available for me to go sit at canteen with other NSF. Today my side is have a Workshop for planning directors. They need to discuss something about the W.S
Haiz WS again.
This morning, Janice sent out and email to the HODs, SM, SD & Directors (Cc their PA's). Checking with them see who is available for the Minerva Seminar 3. Which is on the coming thursday. It almost crash with a sport organised by HRD, Kayaking on Friday.
So while the workshop is going on at 3i Central. I spent my time in email and phone calls. Checking with their PA's see are their principle attending a not, because by the end of day i need to comfirm the attendance with Janice. Tomorrow won't have enough time to do all this.
While collating attendance, i was also doing some printing job for tomorrow use.
