BUSY WEEK AHZ
Lunch with Janice : )
After my mc on last Friday, today first thing when i reached office. Janice ask me over to her desk. Whenever she do that, i already know there will be incoming of loads of work. Quite well prepared, but after hearing what she said. Haiz, I was quite surprise by the dateline for everything. Rushy ... .. . (-_-")
Nevermind, as long as everything is well planned. Should be able to finish everything as planned.
Things to do for this week, and their dead lines.
By today (28/8/2006) - i must print 12 set of PSC report out in color, plus blinded together. To be given out to Internal Senior Management. Per set - 99 pages -_-" There will be a Dry-Run on the 30/8/2006, so the Internal Senior Management need to report to bring home read.
Tomorrow (29/8/2006) - Nothing to be finished
Wednesday (30/8/2006) - Morning set up Phoenix Board Room for PSC Dry-Run. After setting up can continue to complete print and blind 18 set of PSC reports.
Thursday (31/8/2006) - Need to complete the Heading for our booth at HTA.
Friday (1/9/2006) - HTA Opening Ceremony Dry-Run.
Saturday (2/9/2006) - HTA Opening Ceremony
Today plan was to complete 12 set to be given out. So after i finish checking my mail, i started to print the 12 sets. It might sound easy, but the printing duration is damn long. Haiz Until around 5.30pm then i complete everything.
Todays lunch time was rather special. I lunch with Janice at Pasta Mania. But after our lunch, we went to Art Friend to buy Mounting Board and lots of mounting boards. HTA never ask people to do the store name. So every booth had to get their own people do the booth. Our booth is about the Art Competition that i mentioned earlier on.
The board is to mount the letter on it - HOMEFRONT SECURITY MONTH 2006 ART COMPETITION WINNERS. What i need to do will explain later when i start doing it. So todays lunch time is to buy the boards. I remember is 13 big mounting boards, 6 A3 boards to mount the art piece on it. It might sound less, but if you are the one carrying it. You will know how big it is to carry. Haiz.
After my lunch, put those board aside to be used later in the week. I continue my printing, got a request from PS/PA. Need to Print out another set with notes on it. Haiz Print print print till the end of day. I also by hand, despatch to the PA of the Senior Management.
