Flu Pandemic Exercise
Wondering what is this? It is a Exercise, means run through or Draft or Artificial or Not Real :p
Wondering why this Exercise i wanna blog it up? Because i am the Assistant Flu Manager :) Choosen by SPD/SD (our SD)
Part 1 -
First thing in the office, after we log on to our email. There will be a email asking the person to enter his temperature, his temperature should have taken before he come to work. This is to ensure that they do not have fever, when they come to work.
End of Part 1
Part 2 -
Right Before lunch, there will be another email sent out asking the person to take his temperature and key into the system. But this time, the person need to find someone to verify the temperature. While keying into the system he also need to include the person who verify the temperature.
End of Part 2
Part 3 -
After lunch there will be a fake case on someone having the flu virus. Someone from HSD will come and tape down how to Flu Manager assist the infected one to the Isolation Room. After assisting the infected one to the isolation room. Then the Flu Manager start to ask question about what had he been doing for the few days. Who had he come in contact with. After taking down all the require particulars, i act to call 995. And after that we will give the particulars we collected, pass to the contact tracing team. There they will check see those get in contact with the infected one, are they ok?
This is rougly what happen :p Nothing special :p But the questioning part is good, dont really remember what is being ask. Too many questions, Example, Had you go oversea (To those infected country)? Who had you come close contact with for the pass 2 weeks? Where do you feel unwell? And so on ....
