Secondary Schools
Wondering what this Fax + Mail? Fax means using fax machine to fax over. Mail means through mail (postman). There will be a HTA opening ceremony coming soon, on the 2nd of September. And during the month of September, it is also known as the Homefront Security Month 2006. So someone from MHA came out with the idea of having a Art Competition for all Secondary Schools in Singapore.
Things to do by today, because next Monday i am on leave. Got to finishes some of my stuff before i go. Haiz
1) Photocopy the 3 sets of paper to be mail out, 168 set. **
2) Print out School Name, Address and Principal on Sticker, 168 of it ***
3) Stick the sticker on to Envelopes ** -> *
4) Sent to registry to get the 168 copies sent out. *
5) Fax the 5 copies to 168 schools ***
*** Difficulty level.
Part 1 - For the pass few hours in the morning, i had been rushing very hard to finish the stickers. Because Janice & Esther offer to help me to paste the sticker on the 168 envelopes. They can only help me out in the morning, as they will be having something on in the afternoon. So i had to finish printing before lunch time. After finish printing the stickers, i proceed to do some photocopying while waiting for them to finish sticking the stickers. Finished. Went down to canteen had a quick lunch, then come back for Part 2
Part 2 - taking the 3 sets of print out & the stack of envelopes. I go into SPD dicussion room 2 and start arranging the 3sets into each envelope. It took me all the way till 3.05pm then i finishes puting them into the envelopes. After this, i proceed to bring them down to registry. Telling the registry officer to help me mail them out. After that i came back into office, taking 1 set of the 5 pieces. And also the list of schools information. Standing next to the fax machine, i start faxing to the schools. Yawnz, i remember it took me until around 8pm to 8.30pm then finally finished my faxing.
What a day of numberss ... .... .....
