Attendance - Seminar

Back in office, Corporate Retreat is finish. It is a bigger event then my Seminar, but the difference is the amount of help received. Seminar is just under SP, and the retreat is a SPD event. Means everyone in SPD will help out.
Back in office, sit in front of com. Feeling very tired, but had to finish sorting those TMS Officers who are coming for the Seminar. Because they are from other Dept come MHA, means i had to key in their Name, IC No. , Designation and carplate No. (If they are driving). Or else it will be a little bit troublesome when they are coming in. Because i had to walk all the way to guard house to sign them in. Which i may not be so free to keep going to guard house to sign them in.
So after collating those who reply from MHQ Division 1 Officers and TMS Officers. I take the list to show my boss "Janice". After counting the number of replies, then we discover. All can attend :) So i need not send any reject mails, i will just sent out a comfirmation to the Division 1 Officers. And sent out another mail to TMS officers, telling them their slots had been comfirm. And please provide me with their particulars for security clearance before Friday before 12pm.
Finish sending mails, then i started to collate the names and soughting the particulars for the big shots. So that i can key into the security system first. It took me awhile to sought everything out, because there are also some external SD from SCDF and Commander from SOC coming. After finish keying into the security system. Then i start soughting the sign in list, it is separated into quit a few section. Got 1st HOD's, 2nd ISD, 3rd SCDF, 4th SOC, 5th ICA, 6th MHQ Division 1 Officers and lastly 7th TMS Officers.
Replies from HOD's got it back real early, because they are sent out early. thats why i do it 1st. 2nd was ISD because the attendance was just a list of name from Fax. Follow up will be doing SCDF, SOC and ICA. Because they were special invitation sent out by DD/SP & R (our DD), it was sent out on the same day to the HOD's. I spent today and tomorrow morning. Trying to finish this two list of sign in list. So that Thursday Afternoon and Friday Morning, i will have enough time to do the MHQ-Division 1 Officers and TMS Officers.
