Mtg with the Qataris
Follow Up (Formal)
It had been so long time, i havnt log in to add in my updates about my ns. Recently had been quite busy preparing coming up big events Corporate Retreat and Minerva Seminar.
This is a follow up session from yesterday meeting. It is just like normal meeting, but it consist of Foreign Qataris.
Here are the Notes that i took down.
1) Buy 1 flask of Coffee & 1 flask of Tea from canteen.
2) Go canteen grab 10 forks from the muslim store.
3) Take 10 plates from our panrty.
4) Go Pheonix Board Room pantry and borrow 10 cups with plate for the cup.
5) Set up laptop, with slide.
6) Set up projector.
7) Set up paper & pencil, with mineral water.
8) Bring in a flip flart.
9) Put the pastry in the middle. (Bought by boss)
Yawnz, it is already been so long, wonder did i miss anything out :-(
Normal meeting just set up projector and laptop.
In the middle put around 15 mineral water, a stack of paper and around 15 pencils.
