Corporate Retreat
HTA
Wondering what is Corporate Retreat. Corporate should means all the staff in MHA, Retreat should means the time which they can escape from office, but they are still learning something out of office in a group.
Yesterday after out lunch, we set off to HTA to get everything ready for tomorrow. I of the thing which i did is to arrange the chairs in the Harmony Hall and putting up signs on wall. Then at around 4.30pm they did a run through with the presentation at Auditorium. At around 6pm, some of us left.
Today is the actual day, I am under Vincent. He is in charge of the logistic things. So he assign some boys at the Auditorium and Harmony Hall. As for me? I was in charge of no-where. This dose not means i have nothing to do. I was being know as the runner for the day. But recalling what i did.
1 thing i remember very clearly that i did was. Set up the volley ball net. You might think is easy, it is very complicated and hard for Desmond and me to figure out how. We spent around 1 hour at the multi purpose hall there figuring how to put it up. We did call for help from the Anergy group and also HTA person in charge. But they also quite blur with the setting up.
Other then this, i dont quite really remember what i did. All the way till the end, stacking back the chairs. Then take bus to CCK MRT, then to swimming complex and swim :p
