Invitation Mail

Invitation Mail? Nothing much, Minerva Seminar 1 i also did sent out the mails to MHQ Divi 1 Officers and TMS Officers. As for the big shots, Janice she will sent it out herself. But this time round, our SD want to sent out the invitation to the big shots himself. So i had to modify the buttons.
What is required? At first the button only function as 1 way ticket. When the receiver click on it, it will reply me on whether they are able to make it or not (depanding on which button they click). But since SD is sending them out, so i have to make it in the way that. When the receiver click on the button, I will receive his attendance. Going along the mail will auto cc him, so he will know that i receive the mail. Take me quite a while to figure out :p
But done it, try it and it is working :)

This two day, i sent out a lot of mail to MHQ Division 1 officers and TMS officers. Out they go, putting return receipt. To prove they receive the email, so any late replies will not be attended. Because sit are limited and it is base on a first come first serve basic.
End of sending invitation. Story will continue on 27th june 2006, which will be collating the attendance time.
