Formal + Dress Down
SU + Set Up
Morning i have a Singapore Unlimited meeting. Dont ask me what is Singapore Unlimited, i don't know what is it about :) Today i wear shirt and pants come to work. The meeting was nothing special, just usual set up.
After finish setting up and clearing up the meeting, next thing coming up is the setting up of the Function room for the Minerva Seminar. But today i feeling rather weird, because i havn't seen Janice around yet. (Is she out for a meeting or ?. Because she is on leave or mc or out of meeting. She also wont tell me.) A while later i got a news that she is on mc today, this meeting setting up of the things and the sign in list all will go through her boss, AD - Lim Kok Eng. He is also my direct boss.
Time pass by very fast, after lunch i completed my sign in list. I go through my blog, date 29th December. Check what i set up i done for the last Seminar. Again just like the previous Minerva Seminar, the the Function is booked. As usual i plan of moving down the chairs from 3i Central and store it at the Auditorium. Because the people who are using the function room, might used until after 6pm. Then i need to get the chair down from 3i Central before 6, becuase 3i Central will be lock at 6.
At around 4pm, i got a good news, the Function had finished their session. I can go over and set it up. Stanley was covering the library, so i only can grab Chris to help me out. We moved down 24 chairs, then we start arranging them in 11 rows of 12 chairs. While Chris was arranging, i tried to set up the projector and the mic. After all this are done, i go up and ask Kok Eng to come down take a look. Then i check with him what other things i need to add on. Just some touch up to be done tomorrow thats all, i proceed to return the mics then end of the preparation :)
