Busy
I should be waiting for this long weekend. Because tomorrow is Vesak Day, and i would have a 3 day at home rest. How come busy last minute. Elaine was the GPE secretariat, but she went oversea for a trip. So Zhi Yang was the covering her. And i was told to help Zhi Yang out. Next Monday 15th was the GPE. Yesterday, i was helping out Zhi Yang to get those who havnt sent in their slides. Ask them to sent in as soon as possible.
As for today i was still pushing those 3 person who havnt sent in their slides. The Agenda was out before lunch, after i came back from lunch. I was collating the Attendance. Seeing who is coming for the meeting. Who is not coming, and who will be representing him. After soughting our who had reverted, i proceed to call those who had not replied. Asking them will their boss be attending, if not who will be representing him. After calling all those who are suppose to attend the meeting.
I hurry down to Finance, to borrow the laptop which i use for the msn. Because thats laptop allowed use of tumb-drive (not all laptop in MHA are tumb-drive allowed). And late slides can be load up through tumb-drive or cd-rom or floppy. Follow up, i went to level 7 CCD to borrow name plate holder. Then thats it end of my day at MHA. After work i went home, changed and proceed for my swim to relax myself.
