Early morning reach office. Then saw a email received on last thursday at 6.47pm, which i already had left office. Mr Tan, in the emailed he told me to
1) Get a room and a laptop for him to dry run before the meeting.
2) Clear Christopher (his commander), Eunice and him in the morning.
[Luckily i already got Christopher particulars and manage to clear him and his vehicle].
But as for Eunice and him, i didnt get to clear their car. So they had to park outside before coming in. After setting up our discussion room for them to dry-run.
I proceed to continue what i need to prepare for the meeting. Which was the print out to be inserted into the Name Plate Holder. Type, Print, Cut and then Slot into the Holder. After finish all the preparation for the meeting, i went down to canteen to get my lunch. After lunch i proceed up to set up to Phoenix Board room with the name plate holder. Before the meeting start also did some last minute printing. Thanks to those late coming slide, they excuse say that their photocopier machine spoil. Haiz, last minute.
Everything went smooth in the meeting, Phheeewwww ......
