Another Big Meeting

Over with MSM, thought there shouldn't be any more big meeting i got to set up. Other then 2 to 4 of the normal quaterly meeting or meeting which SPD is in charge. I was inform on last Friday, that DD was going to make a presentation to Brunei Minister of Home Affairs and also some HOD of Home Affairs from Brunei. Elaine was told to prepare the slide. And that lead me to upload the slide, and setting up the projector. Once again on Friday i drop a message to inform Mr Lai about it. So he would be on standby, in case if there is any projecting failure. He would be around to fix the problem.
Early in the morning woke up, prepare myself wearing long sleeve, pants + boots (Not army boots, LV boots you believe?). Reach office at around 8.15am, upload the slide. Bring the laptop up, and check is the projector working. After everything is done, i inform Lai and Elaine about it. Thinking thats all, who know. I was then inform to change the projector to be put on the table. Because Lal was going to present, and Elaine will be sitting on the table. Helping him on the clicking. ...
Go up change it at around 9.45am, lucky the meeting start at 10.40.am Not 10am, that i thought. After i changed the position of the laptop, i came down. I found out Elaine was told by Dr Lal, to print out 3 set of slide in color for our Senior Management personel. ... Grrr should have said need to print 3 set on Friday or earlier in the morning. Now then say, he think our Color Printer here as fast as the Laserjet Printer ahz. ... While Elaine was waiting for the 3 set to come out. I remember i was told by Yong Jie, that HR side had a Color Photocopy machine.
I Suggest to Elaine, see does she had a set ready. I will get down and photocopy at HR side. It will be much faster. Ya it is much faster then our Color Printer. Yawnzzz, finally all set and the meeting went on smoothly. Dr Lal ... always last minute de Grrr
