Its is first of March, i am feeling quite ok with my arm recently. Morning while wearing jeans, never felt any pain. So continued as planned, after work. Went home, changed. Then head off to Swimming complex. Did 10 laps of warm up swim, then proceed with my distance swim. Trying to do 3 sets of 30laps.
While i was more then half way through with around 9 more to go in my first set to hit 30. Then i realise the pain is coming back :( Oh damn, then i know i should stop after i hit 30. So for the first day of March i only did 40 laps :( But my timing still not bad, with arms hurting i swam every lap lesser then 1 min. 30Laps - 28.12 Mins = 56.4Sec per lap
