HTW 2006 (Suntec City Conventional Hall 1 and 2)
Formal + Sitting day
Was told on the rehers day. To report here before 8am. The event start at 10am, and guest will arrive at around 9.15am to 9.40am. And then Guest Of Honor (Senior Management, HOD, SD and D) will arrive at around 9.40am - 9.45am. Then DPM will arrive at around 9.50am.
And as for me, was not told to sit there all the way. But prefer to sit there through out the whole event. Because behind me are the AVA's controll, so many wires around me. Do not wish to step on any, and cock up the event. I only went for toilet break during their break session.
The event is a 0.5 day event. It end at around 12pm, it consider early already. Because DPM had to leave early for the Parliment meeting. As you all should know the Parliment recently had been dicussing about the Budget things. And we all should know how much money, the government are giving us for this year, during March.
So after the event, we had a buffet Lunch at the upper storey of Conventional Hall. After Lunch all SPD staff have been granted time off. And allowed to go home after packing up. Phew smoothly finished, end of the biggest event i ever attended. Hope there wont be any more bigger event then this coming up. :(
