Sunday, 12th March, 2006 (Part 2)
Genting Oh
1st Day (Or can say evening)
ZZzzzz... While on the bus, i slept for 3 - 4 round. A few round was just close eyes dose off for about 20 - 40min. The longest nap i got was the last round, around 1 hour ++. I only remember i woke up, and the bus is already half way through climbing up the moutain. Then seeing the bus climbing moutain, thinking that we will be reaching soon. I decided to watch it climb. And looking out of the side window. I saw (trees, clift, cars zooming pass from the right hand side, on the left hand side coaches crawling up very slowly and there are still spoil cars along the side.)
Bu Zhi Bu Jue (without notice) 1 hr had fled pass. I don't believe it i watch my coach climb up the moutain for 1 hr. Lolz got so many interesting things to look mehz (How come i can keep on looking outside). Finally i felt a little cold breeze from outside. Then i saw genting right a few more turns ahead of us. Finally Genting (Yun Tin) :P.
The coach drop off at a new drop off point. No more outside the hotel. (Last time very long ago, it drop us off outside the hotel. Then after a few accident occur, they drop us off at a cable ride station. We will take cable car up straight to genting. Then now we are being drive up all the way to the drop off point. I believe they had made alot of safety measure to prevent coaches to drop down the clift while climbing.)
After dropping off, we haunt our way to Genting Hotel. We walked pass First World Hotel first, wondering how come we didnt stay there? First world is the latest hotel there. I stay there the last time i went there (which is before i enter my ns). Hotel which i stay before, 1) Genting Hotel (should be the oldest) 2) Highland Hotel (Last time is rather new, after First World is out it is no longer new) 3) Firstworld Hotel. I wonder did i miss out any more Hotel. Comments about the hotel? 1) Genting Hotel - Can say the room is the biggest amoung the other Hotels 2) Highland Hotel - It is exp, but i can say romantic to couples going there. If i didnt remember wrongly, it is sought of korean style. Beside the place that you sleep, has a sliding door. Sliding door lead to the bathroom/toile. The sliding door is those a little blur blur transparent type. 3) First World Hotel - the room is much smaller then the two Hotel. Maybe because they design the Hotel is just to fit in more tourist coming Genting.
Haiz they only care more about welcoming tourist up to Genting. But they never thought of solving of the problem. The queue at the Theme Park (Both Indoor & Outdoor). I remember the first few times i went to Genting, the outdoor theme park is the main fun place. Because indoor theme park only have Bumper Car. Recalling what i played most is Bumper Car still, because the bumper car close in the midnight at around 12am / 1am. As for the outside theme park close at 6pm / 7pm. Because of the fog/cloud :p
To play at the theme park last time is ticket style (If i didnt remember wrongly). I remember the 1 time they use a chip to get the bumper car started. You queue, enter to find a bumper car. Slot in the chip, music start the bumper car will move. Then slowly they started a new system, the wraist tape. With that you can play unlimited ride both indoor and outdoor. After constructing First World Hotel, they also built quite a few more things to play inside. Having a sharp mind, they separate the wraist tape to three type 1) Outdoor Theme Park 2) Indoor Theme Park 3) Both Outdoor + Indoor Theme Park. The price dont need say, also will know the highest is the 3rd one and the lowest is 1st one. As for now they implemented one more new selection. Buying the wraist tape for two days, which is sought of cheaper by 20 - 30 M$ (Ringet) "Should be like that spell ba :p"
Those of you, who think buying two day is good i rather tell you buy 1st day outdoor/indoor then 2nd day indoor/outdoor. Because now the outdoor theme park open till 10pm / 11pm. You should have enough fun for 1 day (Or can say have enough happiness while queueing up). If you are couple without kids or partner. I will suggest DONT GO THERE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAY TIME. You will be sought of spending 30min to 1hour in the queue.
Hmm, let me get back to huanting my way to Genting Hotel to check in. We walked for about 30 min, it is rather hard to walk fast. Because there are already alot of people on the Sunday evening. I was rather surprise, there are a lot of Malaysian Chinese around. I believe malaysia are having a very cheap package to drive people up to Genting and then check into First World Hotel which is the cheapest. Lost of malaysian family? NO!!! Teenagers (Boy girl friend), this world is changing very fast. Relationship is just so common i believe they were just studying lower secondary.
Having a relationship at such young age, is just so common. The way they dress is another thing, even their guys. Make up their eye shadow like GHOST ahz !!! I never take their photo down, do not wish to have nightmare Dracular chasing me :p. The young babes, i believe they just cant wait to be mature :p make till so nice :) The thing come into my mind is what will happen when the night come. Hmm, if they came in group most properly is Guys 1 room Girls 1 room. But those who come in just 2 couple? Will they seperate or Ummm Hmmm -_-"
Back to where i stop, after checking in we proceed up to our room. Lvl 10 1030, after reaching the room. We decided to go swimming pool and have a swim. It is so late already, not zi de (worth it) to buy the wraist tape. After a little bit of unpacking and resting. We head for the pool, Waooo.... shiok warm water. So long never swim or soak in warm water, did a few laps of short distance swim. And then proceed to play with my bro.
After our swim, we went back to hotel room to take our bath. After our bathe which is around 7plus, we make a call and procced down to lobby waiting for someone to drive us down to Mushroom Garden/Farm (Mo Gu Yuan) to eat our dinner. It is those Zi Cha Style, which we order meat, vege, fish and then how many plate of rice. We choose there is because the food here is nice compare to the Hotels at Genting or even the buffet. And it is also cheap around 75 - 98 M$ (ringet) most. We usually order Go Lok Yok, Sa Bo Tou Fu, 1 dish of Veg, 1 dish of fish and 1 random. Today our Random was chicken wing :p It taste very nice too :p
After our dinner around 8plus, we went back to First World Hotel to play bowling. We played 18 games total. We at first took 2 set of 6 game package for 2. Which consist of 6 game, 2 pair of shoe and 2 bottle of mineral water. Then 4 of us played - My dad, sis, bro and me. My mum just sit behind watch us + watch over our things. We just keep on going dont even know, we already played 12 games, when 1 of the staff came and told us we already exceed it. I then susgest to my dad, why dont we buy another 6 game. 1 more game for my bro and sis, 2 game for dad and me. which we will have 1 challenging last game. And i won :p
It was around 10plus, then we deicide to go back to the hotel room to rest (Say hao ting is rest, the motive behind is to let my bro and sis sleep. Then dad, mum and me will go to casino :p). Around 1 and a half hour later. They finish eating their supper (maggie mee), and fall asleep (we also fall asleep). At around 12am, my mum and dad woke me up and ask me whether want to join them along to casino. I said no and fake sleep, when they left then i sneak up behind them and enter the casino :pAfter i reach there, discover lots have change more and more digital things coming up.
The last time i came here, we need to go cashier and change $1 coin to play the jackpot. The jackpot already changed from the side bar pull to button pressing type. Now they change the system to, slot ur money in play play. Use your own Genting World Card to save the amount of cash win inside the card (Just like cash card). You can use the $$ inside the card to switch to another machine. Then if you want to claim the money in it take it to the cashier. For those without the Genting World Card, you may approach any of the staff. They will bring you to another staff which have a Temporary Genting World Card for you to use up to 3 days. If the money inside not claim after 3days will be expired.
