Injured

On Friday, i did my usual swim. When i was swimming distance reaching the hit of 30laps. Suddenly i felt pain on my elbow. Don't know when i strain my vein. After my swim i tried to climb up, i also felt the pain. Even when i was i the toilet, wearing my pants. Pulling up my pant even hurts.

Today when i woke up, as usual do my preparation to get to work. Who knows in the bathroom, when i was going to wear my jeans. That pain was still there, and now my back and neck also felt hurt. How come my hurt is still there, when i already rested for two days. So i decided to go see a doc, see what cure he/she have to help me with my pain.

She gave me some painkiller, and a gell for me to apply on the spot which i feel pain. She also even instruct me to rest myself a couple of weeks so to avoid further injuring myself. So i followed her instruction. I rested for "two" days without intance swimming. Instead i just went swimming pool to chit chat with my friends over there. Never do stamina swim.

But i already planned, i am trying to swim 100 every day in the month of March trying to hit 100Km swim. might sound ridiculars but it can be done if you have the faith :p
