Setup of Home Team Minerva Seminar
Dress Down Day + Busy Day
Today is just thursday and i am already dressing down. Dress down means not wearing formally or half formal. Example Pant and a short sleeve shirt. Today i was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. Because i know today at around late afternoon time, i will be needed to set up the Function room for the HT Minerva Seminar.
After my lunch setup begins, I asked Bobby to help me. We move down 24 Chairs from 3i Central (Lvl 3) to Auditorium (Lvl 1). We didn't move it into the Function Room because there is a training going on inside. And 3i Central will be lock up after 6pm. And the one in charge of the course told me that it will end roughly after 6pm.
At around 4pm, my boss Kok Eng. Told me the function room course had end. Because he is one of the participant. So i contacted Mengkiat and Bobby, ask them come help me set up the chairs 11 rows or 12 chairs each row.
After arranging finished the chairs, mics, signage stand and everything else. After my bosses see through. And go ok with it, then i have to clear the mics, signage everything up. Only the chairs can leave it there. Part of the rule. Tomorrow morning then can set up. After clearing up everything and going back to office get my things. It is already around 7.30pm. So late already, my off work time is 6pm.
