New System
X = Censored
New system replacing the old XXXX and carpark clearance programe in our XXXXX. This system is the combination of this two. So that means we do not need to ask for carpark first and then clear the car and driver after it has been approve.
But there are a few things which i dont like the system. 1 New, new things will take some times to let us get familar with. 2 No last minute, wonder what i meant by no last minute? This means when when we wanna clear people who are coming in tomorrow today by 11.59pm we must do it. Or else it wont get through. 3 IC No., this is a must now. Last time using IBMS we just need to key in the exact name same as his IC. He will be able to get through.
But now this system will run through a auto check so we need his IC, so can verified is the name tele with the IC and also the carplate number which he will be driving. It means less job for scurity, but more job to us. Last minute clearance not approved, means when the person come. I must go down to the guard house, to sign him in. So ma fan, waiting for lift, go through the security check. And also hot weather although got shelter but still can feel the heat.

Erm think u shouldn't go into too detail in ur work here boy, if not such info leak out ah, ISD wil come knocking ur door ah... haha just be careful
