PSC Dry - Run
Nightmare Part 2
It is just as normal meeting, just need to get the room set up before the meeting being progress.
But who knows, the stupid projector "screw" me up. This projector i heard many bad things about it. One minute it might be working, another minute it might be dead. Just like a ghost appear or vanish, no one touch or destroy it, it will just play dead. ...
As usual i proceed up to set up the room around 3.35pm. Because before that Janice told me to be around, She will need me to despatch meeting reading materials out to the directors who are attending the meeting later. I proceed up to set up the Phoenix Board Room. I try and try. The projector just wont project the laptop desktop up. Grrr.... time pass real fast. I called Yongjie, Bobby and Mengkiat up to help, but to no luck. The projector just continue to play dead. One by one the Directors and Senior Directors came up.
ZZzzzz.... DS/S and PS also arrive. Damn, i am dead meat. I will be more dead then the projector. When the meeting end. Then PS told us never mind, about the projector. The projector always does that, so glad PS understand us. He also ask the presenter (My DD - Deputy Director), is he able to present without the projector working. Because before everyone proceed up for the meeting, i already distributed out the slides out to them. So he just proceed with the presentation. Because it is a Dry Run for PS, DS and the Directors.
When i come back to office, i heard from stephanie (PA to SD). That DS/P PA called and ask how come Janice didnt call back to get DS/P up for the meeting. Because Janice called earlier on, telling him to stay in office while we try to get the projector working then ask him up.
After the meeting end, Nightmare begin. I was called to DR (Discussion Room) 2 by Janice. In there i recevie a scolding from her :( Then she mention, she called my hp a few times and i didn't pick up. I check my hp all along and didnt found any miss call. Then she told me to explain to DS/P PA, how come i never call him to proceed up for the meeting.
Then i proceed up to DS/P PA and give her a explanation about what happen. Haiz, dont say liaoz. Whats so good about recalling all those bad things that happen. Forget it, and learnt the mistake as lesson for me.
